Second day was one of the most peaceful, most beautiful and soul-uplifting moments of our trip. We went again to Badrinath temple. We were mesmerised by the by the mighty Mana range, near the soul-stirring glacier of Mana, where the Alaknanda disappears under perpetual snow. Only then I was able to understand the reason why this place attracts more than 2 lakh tourists per annum from Chennai alone!
